Nancy Pelosi, the current speaker of the United States House of Representatives (Democrat) was denounced for attending a hair salon while most of them is shut to the public due to COVID-19 pandemic. For most people what come to mind is “who she think she is”.
Nancy said she it was a set up, maybe, I believe it to a certain degree, but if you ask me, Nancy is an idiot first class for putting her hair in such a high importance that it was worth the risk to make her look like an idiot. Even worse, 2 months before election time. This is not good for Biden, because many of the undecided, who were inclined to vote for Biden, might go for Trump another four years since Pelosi gave the idea that Democrats are just as hypocrite as many Republicans, and to a certain degree, many of them are indeed as hypocrite. I cannot wait for the day these old Democrats retire; a pity they are around.
By the way, the name Pelosi is of Italian origin and means “hairy“. lol
My father was six years old when the Second World War ended, and despite his young age, he remembers some events of the last year of the conflict and the difficulty growing in the aftermath of such a devastating war. For my father to tell me that this pandemic is more serious and impeding than post-World War 2 in his ravaged hometown, it must mean it is truly severe.
Towards the beginning of the pandemic, our family endured it with mixed reassurance, as health wise we believe our family can cope with COVID-19, but financially we were very worried because both matriarch and patriarch (me) rely heavily on the U.S economy for our income. Moreover, Trump responded to COVID-19 by being dismissive of it, and that got us worried because the longer a country takes to respond, the greater the negative effects there is and the longer it takes to return to normal.
Canada will come out of this pandemic like most European countries, better and stronger than the U.S. Better, because we will know what to do next pandemic, and stronger, because we believe in unity more than before. I have noticed that even if the anti-maskers exist in Canada as well, they are extremely irrelevant compared to the general population. In the USA, it is a whole other story, to the point it is sad, but not surprising to see the amount of extreme weirdness among their population, starting with their present leader as enabler.
Now, the only thing left is the reopening of the U.S-Canada border and to fully resume our business, but that may take some time as the U.S is far from having this pandemic under control.
Removing the ratio factor, you can find “true” iconic U.S citizens on both sides of the aisle, Republicans and Democrats alike. Dick Van Dyke, even if in the eye of many he is only an entertainer, he is still one of the most respected of all icons with its lengthy clean career and respectable example for all to follow. Of course, he endorses no other than Bernie Sanders.
I perceived Bombardier Inc. with a good eye during my youth, in part because bombardier generated a portion of the revenue where my father worked. Metofer Inc. produced many different parts for Bombardier Inc., mainly for their Ski-Doo models and the Montreal metro rolling stocks. However, this was only until Bombardier Inc. decided to rip most of the production from Canadians and shift it to Mexico.

It is during this period that Bombardier Inc. failed hard in my esteem. It was more than Metofer’s loss; it was also about the inner scoops overheard over the years. Important people meet up; it trickled down to the director of production and supervisor, both positions held by my father. At dinnertime, a few times my father recounted meet up events with Bombardier Inc. representatives, where it was arduous to the point they were over demanding. Thus, negative stories that were accumulating against Bombardier Inc. had its toll on me. I am witness to this, Metofer Inc. kept bowing to Bombardier Inc. for the sole purpose of keeping its workers occupied. Overall, Metofer Inc. made little money during this era with Bombardier Inc., as it was about keeping jobs rather than excess income. Applaud!
Bombardier pushed for cheaper priced products while demanding the same quality or higher, all the while charging more for the rolling stocks the government purchased (public money). Hence, less money for Metofer Inc. and more for Bombardier Inc. Moreover, rolling stock production has been very lucrative all along for Bombardier Inc., home, abroad, yesterday or today. For this reason, it is sad to know they sent some jobs to Mexico and or choked Canadian companies with diminutive profits. I am sure they still do, for those Canadians companies still dealing with them.
Also during that period, months before the mainstream media spewed the news my father had told me about rumors of Bombardier Inc. taking over Canadair. At that time, albeit only 11 years old, I was an avid enthusiast of aircraft and their respective manufacturer, thus, with some knowledge on the matter, you can bet I was fuming at the news. I was opposed to the takeover as I failed to understand the shift Bombardier Inc. was doing. Even worst, within a few years they started to buy all kinds of aviation related companies, but most of them failing companies, such as Learjet.
Fast-forward a bit more than 30 years, now, by divesting of its commercial aviation division, Bombardier Inc. proved taking over Canadair was a mistake from day one. At the time, I vouched for the French entity Aérospatiale to take over Canadair. Not only Aérospatiale had the capability to use the Canadair plant efficiently, it would have competed against McDonnell Douglas, Lockheed and Boeing in their own Northern American soil. Unknowingly, this would have precipitated the creation and assent of Airbus as a serious aircraft manufacturer.
Since Aérospatiale (maker of Concorde) in some ways became Airbus, and I vouched for Airbus and ancestry all my life, I cannot be happier how everything is turning out. After more than 30 years, this is a bittersweet victory.
Now, the countdown for the rest of Bombardier Inc. flying endeavor to die completely. Because the only airtime Bombardier Inc. can handle, is airtime made with recreational items. Stick to it!
One last word, because it is important.
Alain M. Bellemare and other self-entitled, secured loans just a couple of years ago from both the provincial and federal governments. Their reasoning for the public money was to help with the making of the C-Series jet by Bombardier Inc., and in the process reassure no further layoffs.
However, while they helped the manufacture in some ways, these pieces of molested carbon atom of CEO and others, took in hefty sums of bonuses, extra stock options mainly. The company is not doing well, demand public money, and the CEO and clan gives themselves extras. Their reasoning for this; “consistent with what’s seen at other companies”.
The problem is, those companies are lucrative and doing well, Bombardier Inc. commercial aviation sector was never profitable.
After a public outcry, they thinned down their bonuses, but they still gave themselves hefty sums in the millions, let us not fool ourselves.
Move forward a few meager years to present day, the same CEO and cronies announces Bombardier Inc. need to divest of its commercial aviation sector, fault of doing well.
How is that for performance, hey?
Who cares, Airbus is majoritaire now at 75%. I guess it is never too late to say merci and clean up that shack of its rats, s’il vous plaît.
My opinion on Chester James Carville Jr. is short enough; the title alone explains it.
While showing his dreadful face on MSNBC, Carville criticized Bernie Sanders to the letter, exactly how the Democratic establishment drools over. He is doing to the letter Hillary Clinton style propaganda, where the attack goes towards the supporters of a candidate rather than the candidate. By saying he does not want to be in a cult like group if Sanders win, he is calling Bernie followers a cult. Then, it is the same as when Hilary said Trump followers are deplorable. Not much difference since the intention is the same, to vilify an entire group of citizens in order to make them think twice for voting other than the establishment figures.
Not a coincidence, James Carville hovers around the idea that change is in fact not good for certain contributors when done Bernie’s way. That is reality people, there is a group not wanting Bernie in power, and guess what, they are not poor. Does it sound like caring people when they are trying to stump on an honest and caring person such as Bernie Sanders?

Amy Klobuchar has something of a je ne sais quoi, and it seem people feel just the same. I have not followed her enough to know much about her policies, thus I cannot talk against or for her, but obviously not my favorite. However, one cannot deny the powerhouse she is and the New Hampshire primary result is proof. Pete’s performance does not surprise me, fault of choices; he is white and a men, enough said.
It is not easy to face strong wind while someone is flying an airplane, imagine when a wind shear happens all of a sudden. It is exactly what a pilot of a Boeing 737 has experienced somewhere in Russia, causing its aircraft to slam to the ground, thankfully, no one was injured. I am not sure what type of wind shear that aircraft hit, but most likely a downdraft type. Downdrafts can push any size aircraft to the ground if it is severe enough and the aircraft is close enough to the ground to start with.
The pilot might have been too cautious on the approach, but then again, what are you supposed to do when a bunch of Ignoramus parked their service vehicles on the side of the airfield, literally stuck to it. What were they expecting an ultra-light?
Individuals on the side of the airfield would not have made the pilot nervous on the approach; he knows the DC-6 wing clears them. However, the vehicles are higher than people are, and the pilot probably never had to deal with parked vehicles so close before. Thus, he tried to remain slightly to the right to avoid them, and then touch ground a few meters past them. Unfortunately, on the right of the airfield, terrain and bushes are slightly higher; it caused the right wheels of the aircraft to touch hard enough to shear it.
I took a screenshot from the video showing the moment the DC-6 (N451CE), touched the mound breaking the wheels (blue arrow). Higher elevation is marked in red. We can even observe the aircraft yaw compared to the airfield shown in blue hue.
Those Ignoramuses parked and waiting near the airfield should have a nice hefty and life whipping fine for endangering themselves and others gravely.
A-68a is not an aircraft model from Airbus or a virus name, it is the US National Ice Center assigned tag for the fourth largest iceberg in known history, and it is drifting northward into the wide-open ocean.
To us North Americans, nothing tangible changes other than when the iceberg A-68a melts, it is gone. However, do not think you are going to notice a sea level rise with your naked eye. Melting away causes nothing to earth’s water level as the iceberg displaced the water already. Thousands of those sizable icebergs need to slide into the water before it is perceptible on your shores without measuring devices. Since thousands of those sizable icebergs will never happen during your lifetime, you will never see any effect of it.

The image below showing a portion of A-68a, is in the ballpark of 1km. Even if the photo shows 700 meters or 1.5Km matters little, because what matters is that you think there is about 174Km (108 miles) more of it and about 50Km (31 miles) in distance across. That is big!

However, in the meantime, as it gets closer to the southern Atlantic region, ships traveling close enough can have a glance at it. In addition, its trail of cold stream will be measurable for long distances.
By the way, these massive chunks breaking off, are happening more frequently. You know what is causing it, right?
I somewhat concur with Madonna because for many characters Canada may not have enough for them. Our cities are just big enough for a good time but not for long. Our land is vast, but vastly under developed. Thus within cities and or outside in the wilderness, it is a bit unexciting compared to the heavily touristic U.S.A.
However, that was from one perspective, because for many others, those peculiarities that make Canada boring is exactly the reason it is so great. In addition, Canada is a Commonwealth country, which helps Harry. They may move to the U.S later on.

Many years ago, Madonna moved out of the U.S to live in London, in part because it was better for her kids.
Okay, it is a legit reason.
This time around, she moved to Portugal in part due to “as you know, this is not America’s finest hour”.
Therefore, if I understand correctly, there is always a reason for her to leave the U.S.A, such a safer environment for the kids and now in part due to Trump. While Madonna tells others to move to the U.S.
Madonna says Canada is boring.
It seems to me she takes flight the moment she smells burning, even before the fire is confirmed. Can one imagine Madonna as a leader or Queen? First sign of trouble and she’s gone far away tanning under the sun, probably laughing all the way there.
Anyways, Canada is almost guaranteed safety and composed place for Meghan and Harry. To have that tranquility and safety in the U.S, they would need much more funds and privacy almost all lost in the process. Reaching that point, they would stay in the U.K.
In addition, Canada is to the world what Tuscany is to Americans. Thus, why not live here.
